Thank you. This is very helpful as temperatures are 45 degrees Celsius (for our USA friends that's 113 F) in BC right now and my AC just stopped working. Thank you.

Yes I see that...those temps are dangerous. Scary when your AC no longer is a luxury but a critical safety concern. Good luck with the fix👍

Thank you for this information.. I started getting the flashing lights after I added one of those a.c recharge, after that I few days I got those lights. I'm going to check it out and see what codes its giving me. Thanks again it really helped!

Good info for suzuki owners

Thanks for all the videos you make on the SX4. I happen on my SX4 and Grand Vitara, it go away the next day. Now I have a better understanding of what happen. PS. I have received a letter from Suzuki Canada about the passenger side air-bag recall on my Grand Vitara. They said they send out further info on the recall, it was 1 month ago. Haven't got any news yet. Again, big Thanks.

thanks for all of the SX4 A/C Videos!! I have one of this cars and the A/C is not working... it have this blinking led and is not cooling and I have change all of the parts and it continue not working...

Hmmm....Not sure to be honest. Try to extract the DTC with a scan tool If you have access to one. The HVAC module itself my have an issue, so it can’t run its own self check.Thx for watching 👍

Hi I have a suzuki sx4 19ddis, evertime I go to start the car after its been left a long time its tunes over for a very long time before starting, but it I disconnect the green temperature sensor the car will start straight away I've changed sensor but it still the same I'm at a loss hope you can help me thanks Mr hynam

Disconnecting the temperature sensor typically defaults the ECT to -40C. This causes the fuel trim to provide and very rich air to fuel ratio. If this results in quicker starting, this is likely due to a condition causing an overly lean condition that prevails. When the engine is cold check for a vacuum leak (lines and intake). Good luck. I am not a mechanic, only a hobbyist. 🍻

How come you said to take the sun load sensor problem with a grain of salt at 7:23? My 2008 SX4 with auto climate option said the only DTC is the sunload sensor (1 fresh, 4 recirculation). Edit: Hmm is it because you need to test it with a light on the sensor? Because I did that and the only code I got was B1513 (6 recirculation, 3 fresh) using the AC button to view other codes.

My light was flashing on my SX4 on the air conditioner and it quit working put a new compressor in still and now lightning flashing no more can't get it new AC can you help me thank you

The point to the video is to demonstrate the self test and allow you to interpret the results. Did you do this?

@@TheGibby3340 yes I did what you demonstrate on your video it worked for a while and then the compressor just stopped working and changed out the compressor and put freon in it won't it won't kick on tried another tried another climate control switches thank you
