​​@@rare10124hat glitch occurs both II Redux and V _(for sure in older versions, I'm not certain in if the newest as well)_ although at least it's pretty "consistent" If one of the gladiators is several levels higher than their opponent (be that you or NPC), their attacks will ignore armor and deal direct damage into your HP. It's especially noticeable in SaS II Redux while challenging Ghost Arena Champions; unless you are consistently beating them _(since Ghost Champions appear in the same order as in main story),_ you may land in a situation where you'll be facing Arena Champion from at least 5 chapters behind your current position in the plot. And they are just the same as before their "death" _(because it's pretty inconsistent whenever they die or not; fe.: John the Butcher is stated to be alive after you defeated him)_ - so same armor, stats, Abilities and level. You hit them, and if their level is significantly lower than yours, they'll take direct damage - making them even easier to defeat than normally.

@@Oscarus4250 ah, thanks for the explanation it was still really annoying though and almost ruined this (especially because doing a full run is painful to do because of softlock glitches)
