Was able to get the 20,000mah version for $18.88 this morning because they had the 20,000mah ones stocked in the 10,000mah location with the price tag for the 10,000mah ones so they had to honor the price it showed on the shelf where it was stocked haha . They also have some really nice new flashlights as well, they are usb-c rechargeable as well which is awesome!

@@joeyphillips2423 I just bought one, on your recommendation. I've been looking at it for over a month. It's bad weather season here in Texas, and after last year, I thought I would prepared my electronics better. After handling it, it feels tough, well built, easy to use. I might need to go pick up another for my mother's house, maybe one for my brother, and my brother-in-law... If a multitool doesn't do every function as well as the stand alone tool, it shouldn't have that function. The Leistung fills that, it doesn't have: cheap button compass flimsy phone holder headache inducing SOS flasher mode (that ALWAYS gets turned on accidentally) half-pressing button nonsense If you need: a compass, buy a Suunto or Silva Need a phone holder, get a phone case with one, it will always be there when you need it. Need a SOS flasher, get something like a FRED light. You won't drain the battery charging your phone, have it go off in your face, or have to leave your battery bank outside. Even better get a personal locator beacon. SAFETY GEAR SHOULD ALWAYS BE DEDICATED. As far as Swiss Tech goes: I had a Utili-key for years, great for opening packages, and keeping tape adhesive off my knife. Screwdrivers were useful, but not great. Last year, I was gifted a Micro-Plus Ex. They are the most comfortable small multitool pliers I have tried, with actually usable flat and phillips screwdrivers. Perfect for when you just need a better grip, or to tighten a loose screw. Seems like most multitools are made for building a house in the most awkward and uncomfortable way possible. They make actually useful, comfortable tools to use. Edit: I apologize, that got long.

Last month life circumstances put me living in my car... which is actually my long term plan asap anyway. So still being in the city has given me a great learning opportunity before I hit the open road. I had accidentally drained my car battery TWICE while charging my phone (too long without starting it up). That's when I wondered if something like this might exist. 🤗 Bit the bullet... paid my $35... was very excited to see that it was already on 83% because I was needing to charge my phone! Tried solar charging but not happening. Charges while driving... but trying to save money on gas so that's not gonna cut it. Any other tips and tricks on getting the solar charging to work would be greatly appreciated!! ✌🤗

ive been using it for a little over a week and i experience the same. It seems like it doesn't charge the bank at all with solar. But instead may use the solar to assist in charging the device attached. Which is weird and not how its advertised. Also in the fine print it states basically that their solar tech sucks and "shouldn't be used as a primary source". Which i found weird. If u read the instructions booklet it kinda admits that the solar is useless. Which is upsetting. However got 20000mah its still a good deal for the price. And is usb c in and out which isn't on all banks yet. So there is a good value here still. But they really should just not have the solar on it. Also u cannot charge near metal. I set it on my car solar side up. To test it. It disconnected the charger with a error code because u cannot use the charger ports and the wireless pad at the same time. The car being metal interfered with the magnetic wireless charger and it thought it was trying to charge a phone. So u have to set it solar side down on any metal surface.

Swiss tech is good p.b. but MAKE SURE you're operating within temp ranges when using solar charging. The temp ranges are listed in the paperwork. Also, make sure you're using the correct cord and plug when charging devices...if you have ANY MALFUNCTION, stop using until you've contacted swiss tech for repair...this p.b. is not wasted $$ if you pay attention and learn how it operates before trying it out. One last note, the green light only indicates charge. The actual percentage of p.b. charge that's usable is on the panel underneath the silicone cover...hope this helps

The solar panel is only 6 volts at 0.22 amps, it's meant for emergency use. To give you a idea, most phones charge at 5 volts 2 or 3 amps(depending on what fast charge it has). So it charges about 10 times slower, at peak efficiency vs the 2 amp. At a capacity of 20k mAh, quadruple the biggest phone batteries. If it takes you 2 hours for charging a 5k mAh phone, plugged in. It will take you 2 hours x 4 times the size x 10 times as slow = 80 hours of perfect efficient solar gathering to fully charge this bank, using only solar. Of course no solar panel is at 100% efficiency.

You have to plug it in when you first buy it

I just bought one and I’m thinking about returning it. If you look at the back of the powerbank it says Rated Capacity: 20000mah and Actual Capacity: 11000. It’s false advertising. Why advertise for 20k when it really is 11k smdh. If it really is 11k mah then the price needs to be lowered.

Read the entire directions before you return it I think it's because if it's not plugged in at the time when you charge it it might be rated at that number make sure it's got a full charge before you try to use it see if that will help you please let me know

@@joeyphillips2423 The 20k mah may be accurate. I charged the power bank to 100% and charged my phone from 1%-100% and the power bank only went down to 91%. So I might be able to get up to 10 full charges depending on the phone before it needs to recharge.

Turn the unit on with the button. Don't just plug your phone and expect it to charge.
