Yes you can but after makeup base you don't need illuminator as the makeup base gives you illumination

I recently purchased the swiss beauty primer wala product...but maine galti se golden wala order kar liya...or wo apply karne ke bad kuch jayada hi golden particles dikh rehi hai face pe🙁...to uss ke bad foundation laga nahi partahe uske upar... it's a good product but di ye na pores ko fill up nahi kar raha hai🙁...Thanks for sharing the difference between those two ❤️.Love from Kolkata ❤️❤️❤️
