Garnier Micellar water pink one is it removes waterproof makeup? because i hv seen comparison video in which every influence has said water based is for daily makeup and oil based is for waterproof heavy makeup.

I use this pink one for removing the heaviest makeups too and it works good, but because I have a sensitive skin I noticed yellow one is too oily for my skin and it clogs my pores too sometimes and I need to wash my face twice after that.
