This week we built on the swing out redirections we did last week with some extra fancy variations on the swing out that use the same concept of taking the follow's momentum and redirecting it. We finished with a super dooper one and a half turn into count 4 of the swing out! Practice makes perfect with this one - make sure that the follows continue to turn down the line, and leads make sure you are ready to catch as early as you can to keep this smooth. Have fun!
