@@yibambe4ever74 ok and? It's not a result of the swimmer, just the suit they were wearing. Still insanely fast in a textile suit. And no, it's not that much slower. The 100m fly world record is in a textile suit for example. Most of the Olympic records are now in textiles, only a tenth or so of a second off the WR. It just goes to show how much faster swimmers are getting, without the help of the supersuits. They'd be going faster with the super suits yes, but you can't take away from the speed they still have

@@avocatious6402 I’m fully aware of that, thank you very much. But stats tell the truth, only Dressel, Proud, Morozov, Fratus, Manaudou and maybe a few more have gone under 21.3 these yrs, so what I’m trying to say is that swimmers rely on suits too much in the past. don’t really need u here telling me which WR is in textile. btw why isn’t it a result of a swimmer? It’s finished in a international meet isn’t it? So THAT’s a result of a swimmer. U see, I’m a fan of Cielo too, not trying to take anything way from him, but u gotta admit he’s not as good once u take the suit away.

The supersuits provided a big aid we know that. But just because they aren't wearing them doesn't mean these swimmers aren't going faster. Your logic makes no sense. "You realize how much slower these ppl got after FINA banned the super suits?" Yes, we've already known the increase in speed they caused. It's still a stupid comment to say "slow final." If I raced with fins In 2009, and then took fins off in 2020, would you still say the swimmers are getting physiologically slower? No, we understand that the swimmer has the same strength, but has only gone faster because of fins. It's the same principle with the suits. Cant call them slow
