I played Omaha in the late 90's long before I've ever played hold em. I sat in a private 2/5 game and did well. Watching your vlogs inspires me to jump in that game again given the opportunity. Preflop edges are not as big as hold em, but from what I see most players aren't really that experienced in plo and can be exploited. I think there's more money to be made in plo. Not too many wizards. Enjoy the vligs, GL

Nice! Good luck! Yes, there is less of a preflop edge but more postflop. Most opponents call too often and don't bluff enough.

I don't mind calling initial $10 pre with AAAx but once it's potted and 4 callers complete I am re-potting it to $600 and getting SPR of 1 or lower. That's a dream. I hate calling $75 and going 6ways with intention of bluffing. I'd rather fold then call tbh.

Agree with re-pot, but a few opponents were $2000 effective with me. Felt like I'd have too much left behind on the flop. Probably a fold at some point preflop.

The repot is awful, this hand is horrendous multiway and these people do not fold once they VPIP anything. It was a fold at every point.

For the multi-way pot at 4:55, you said you ran it 3-way. wasn't it 4-way? That still might be a profitable pot bet, but I'm curious if it changes from 3-way to 4-way.

Straddles are optional, but in the good games usually everyone straddles to up the stakes. Sometimes the whole table does $10 & $20.

Felt like it I was too deep and could only get around $600 of $2000 in pre. If I had a suit a pot looks to be the right play imo

Yeah, that happens. I played again recently and didn’t get much action. Was down 1000 then up 500 and broke even. Sometimes you pick the right seat and get all the cards.

First hand....pot is at 860 and you check turn for "pot control" lol...what does that even mean in that spot? Mind you, you are in this hand with 3 aces, no suits in your hand after a limp call and then calling a raise pre....I'm trying to understand this....

The first hand with 3 Aces in your hand is atrociously played. Its a fold or should be a heads up preflop. You called to go 4 way with no suited aces in the hand. Just because you have nut flush blockers doesn’t mean ppl will fold second nuts. Lucky that you won the hand and it also shows how bad your opponents are calling 75 preflop

“I’m going to realize my equity and scoop the pot” You may need to check on the terminology that you’re using because that makes no sense
