I would swap the kitchen and living room layout, I would like it better.
👍👍👏✅💯😎😍 Great job 🎉 just the right size. Only thing I change is make the window above sink a bit bigger. I would take the dishwasher out and add a cabinet. That's my way of meditation while looking at nature out the window. Has great curb appeal with the porches. I'd change the fireplace into gas one....just up in years an wood is a big chore. Been there done that in my youth.
