Nice 1 bedroom (with a great storage area closet) 1 bath home. Kitchen with the island is great space use. Living room a bit cramped but workable.

This is a very good plan, and my only comments are options. In a small house, storage can be a problem. The master bedroom has an excellent walk-in closet, but for other stuff the fireplace could be replaced by a tall cabinet for pantry and other storage. I'd also replace the round table with a rectangular one to seat more people. This place would work well for a single or couple.

I agree. Maybe 550, but it is not 350.
That beautiful house DOES NOT HAVE only 350 sq ft, it's impossible, Please Sir put the real measure, In fact I google your studio web site to find this project, to verificate the real sqft, but it is not on your website
