What a beautiful symphony of flavours all brought together in a carnivorous bouquet. Lamb ribs are just one of those proteins that you have to get your hands in and get messy. The caramelisation is a flavour explosion and one is just taken by the crispy bits. Solina has yet again nailed this close to home, the soiree of spices fit perfectly into the dish like a bride into a wedding dress and it has the look to match as well. This is a well rounded dish and extremely visually appealing. Coke works as well for that sticky texture and I normally up the ante with some cayenne pepper and smoked paprika for that extra punch. However, the dress code for this dish is magnifique and plush with no extra additions...good one Sol and the team 👏

This speaks to my taste buds. Always love your simplicity in cooking. If no oven, still make this delicious dish on the stove top. Nothing should prevent you from experiencing home cooked yumminess. Btw we have also purchased Naghia's marinated ribs previously. What a bomb. They have great products. Try them...
