    Hi! So you can eat the leaves and their stems BUT can you eat the vine part as well? I do not want to waste any part of the plant if I do not have to. I read something about it being poisonous?

    You can also blanch then put little of venigar, slice onions, garlic powder pepper and salt. Its really good.

    We eat this just about everyday,harvest the end tip and leaves, the vine is too hard and fibrous

    Leaves from standard white potatoes are poisonous.
