Heya Ashley! Thanks for the on-going sweet potato videos.. You are going to turn into a sweet potato at this rate LOL... I am typically not one for desserts but this is an excellent alternative. I made your sweet potato corn chowder and it was fantastic! I happened to have a ton of sweet potatoes and then saw your video which ultimately ended up being 17 half pints of canned chowder!
