160g cake flour
155g bread flour
200g unsalted butter
160g cold water
2g salt
■Sweet potato filling
2 sweet potato
40g ~ cane sugar
30g ~ sweet condense milk
vanilla seeds
15g ground almonds
1/3 tsp rum
■Apple saute
2 apple
15g lemon juice
40g cane sugar
10g water
20g unsalted butter
vanilla stick
