I made this yesterday--confession:: I didn't have Madras Curry---and it is INCREDIBLE. With most Indian food I've tried to make via youtube I have been happy with the results but not overwhelmed. This is a dish that if I got served it in a restaurant I would be thrilled. Sweet and savory. 10/10 (and so EASY!!) Thank you for posting this.

i used water to fry up onions & spices PLUS used soy milk instead of canned coconut milk ~ cos i avoid saturated fat. Everything else i did just as u did, and this recipe came out FANTASTIC! The only change I’d make is use a little water if the onions, peppers and spices start to get a little dry, otherwise can’t wait to give this a try

I made this today. Added 1.5 c. Lentils added whole can of coconut milk, approx. 3 c. yams, 2 red peppers, increased spice mix 1.5x (Madras made from scratch) and tomato paste 4 c. boiling water, 2 thai chilis, extra garlic. Yum!! TY!❤

On this new healthy journey where i am eating less meat and i am so happy i found this recipe. I'll definitely be making this 🥰. Thank you for sharing!

Keep all of your seeds. Put them on s foam plate to dry for about a week. Then store them in ziplock bags. Be sure to mark what kind of seeds rhe are.
