I had an average of 3 minutes a day on my phone for a week, I spent the rest of the week reading, I don’t think I could swap that around…

This is such a wonderful idea! I do spend a lot of time on my phone too and it's a good way to challenge myself to be more productive lol. Thank you for another video Alexa! This video made me so aware of my time spend on my phone. I never really knew how much time I wast on social media and such... There have been weeks where I spend almost 35 hours on TikTok or KZread alone. I think I'll definitely implement this concept in my daily life! ✨🧸

I usually spend 15+ hours. i also listen to music and stuff while im sleeping so thats a factor but honestly its still bad. There was one time where it was around 23 hours and 30 minutes

Stop I literally went to check and I had 8h yesterday, 5/6h this Tuesday and 4h today, I hate reading slumps sm)

Great video really enjoyed it. Your pets are so cute, loved how your dog snuggled with you it was adorable. Did you ever read "A Thousand Boy Kisses" by Tillie Cole? loved that book gave it a 5 star. Just know you will need tissues.

Love this video 💚 also this is so random but how often do you get your nails done? I'm obsessed with French tips but am always hesitant to get them done in case they grow quickly and then the white tip is too thin, if you get me? I didn't explain that very well 😅

@@alexaraye I have a little advice to give you that I believe that is very important. If you feel tired from reading, I think that it's also important to do exercise. A way to exercise can be walking or stretching which you can do anywhere. I think that it is another way to take a break and deal with reading exhaustion. Besides, it's not healthy to sit daily for a long period of time because it could lead to numerous health problems.

My screen time is a mess lol
