The boys are known for taking on some rough boating conditions, but this is next level! The tinnie mounted to Swampy - the 1996 Toyota Hilux with 46" extreme mud terrain 4WD tyres - is the only way to save the stranded quads from the other side of river that is rapidly flooding due to a cyclone passing overhead in remote Lorella Springs, Northern Territory (Australia).

    Literally coulda just chained them to a tree far enough from the river's edge and gone back a day few days later. They were only 2km away

    Put the front tires on the correct direction put the rears backwards u lose steering input from the tred being backwards but if forward traction is more important thats fine u just loose some steering grip

    Would had have worked better if you used the winch off swampy and pulled yourself over and the out bored too to make it a little safer

    The river can be right near the house but not crossable....the best place to cross the river is 2klms away
