Fuck me. I was actually looking for a certain Night Core song and came across their version of Battlefield- which was excellent, so I looked up the artist and found her. Speechless. She's like a mix of Evanescence and Dido. I guess I will be listening to all her stuff on a loop for the next few months. Really Moving music. And the lyric's= BOMB! What a great, unexpected, find.

@@lasithiranjula4014 Haha.. Saw your comment and thought?, what was this to. Then saw the top and was like, 'oh,lol'. Yeah- I've played a lot of her stuff since then. She dropped an album like 2 years ago- but I didn't care for it. It seems to be like one of those situations where you have a really talented singer- but she doesn't really know what she is/want's to be/ where to go. Morgxn is another singer that is the same way. Both put out some amazing stuff, but then kind of got lost in what they wanted to do/be. This is almost, exclusivly, a problem for people who are singers first- buit not personalities yet/ or are going to be. A Lot of people are really good singers- but if you can't form some kind of identity that goes with your talent- then you're never really gonna make it. Look at Billie Eilish/ She's an 'ok' singer- but managed to forge an amazing career w/ the help of her super talented brother- who writes her stuff and is so imaginative- he makes Soo many different songs and they're so catchy, a real genius. She's kind of always gonna sing in that low key way, but when you have enough production to fit it into what she does= awesome. Scverina just needs to find what SHE is- and follow THAT path. Seems like she has too many people trying to turn her into something that doesn't 'fit' what she is, whatever that is?! Maybe she doesn't even know yet. Some people never do. Fame is over rated anyways, so it doesn't really matter. In a few hundred years= which is nothing, time-wise, almost all of the great music the last few decades will simply be archived and only listened to by the smallest clicks of people. Even the Beatles won't be often played- by then. It's hard to fathom it but think of composers from the 1600's/ 1700's. How many of them do you know, and what do you know by them? And they all wrote in the same genre then, so there wasn't much variety- it was just 'Music'. Once you divide that down inot all of the subset's that exist today, 100's, how many people listen to our music in 2oo years are going to find something that somehow appeals to them? Hopefully, we make the planet uninhabitable by then and all of our species will be dead- because humans are just a really prevelent anomaly, and aren't going to rule the world forever. Just like destroying the lasts of so many other species... we will finally sucuumb, to ourselves. :-) Sorry, that got a bit oft-topic, I write poetry and have Hyper Activity Idsorder, so I have a tendency to just run-on. When I first heard this song, I had a guy in my life for whom I was head over heels. The problem was that I was the subject of his best friends love. Memories of unrequited love and feeling left unexpressed. Be it due to lack of courage, insurmountable odds, or some kind of barrier. It hurts, it’s almost as painful as heartbreak, but this song makes me feel a bit better. A bit less broken...

It’s sad that I’ve been listening to this song come on sporadically on my playlist and I confused it with Billie Eilish actually singing and the moment I saw Svrcina, I flipped. Her vocals like this just melt me. I’ve heard her sound change to pop and honestly, I’m not a fan of it. Only because I feel it wastes her talents. Her voice is literally mesmerizing especially when she belts it on a piano melody. It touches my soul. I only wish there were more songs like it. Everyone is doing pop. Don’t be like everyone else. This has such a soul clenching ethereal vibe that no one else has.

What's so great about listening to music like this when you're writing a story is that, every so often, a song will come on and immediately match the feeling of whatever scene you're currently working on. And that is what has happened. I'm literally writing the first REAL sexual tension scene that happens between the two been main characters, and the male character is already feeling himself starting to fall for her and then the chorus comes on right as they literally fall (like, she tripped, he caught her, they fell) and he's just staring her in the eyes and its the most beautiful thing ever. Sorry for the run-on sentence

Your songs are uplifing and inspring. I especially enjoy the battle theme in some of your songs. I believe God has created a fighter in each of us (fighting with His strength, of course... not necessarily our own). I've just stumbled on to this "epic" genre of music, thanks you to.
