It’s as if she’s speaking straight from the soul angry and in denial of her love but also accepting and bold. The melody and voice is powerful and earth shattering. It’s haunting and beautiful a rare gem that I can’t believe I stumbled across.

I saw the trailer too....the most beautiful song i ve ever heard!!!!!

This song makes me think of my late husband everytime I hear it. "I never dreamed that I'd meet somebody like you... and I never dreamed that I'd lose somebody like you..." It's going on 2 years since his death. He was my rock, my everything, and it's been hard without him at times. "The world was on fire and no one could save me but you..." I was in a dark place when we first met and he helped me. He made me believe I could get through anything the world threw at me... until he died. He helped me through the toughest parts of my life and now that I face a new hurdle, he was no longer there. Part of me wishes I never fell in love, because then it wouldn't hurt so bad... but then I look at our two beautiful children and I am glad that we had four wonderful years together.

Maybe that all of it matters because you get one chance. Who knows. We learn about ourselves through the eyes of other people, because they sometimes reflect certain things back in a way we can perceive them. I wonder frequently how I would handle losing my wife. Literally the most haunting, mesmerizing version of this song. I first heard it on the long program for Morgan Cipres and Vanessa James at Skate Canada. Fell head over heels for it. I love to sing it at karaoke because it takes people by surprise.

Every hair on my body stood on end from the very first second she started singing. Absolutely fantastic!

That awkward moment when the cover blows away the original!! So much power in her voice!! I first encountered this version of this song in the Forza -Motorsport- Horizon 3 Trailer. I've since added it to my library on my phone, and still come to KZread occasionally to listen to it on my theatre system which is just epic. This is by far the best version of this song ever created.

This song is for my late dad who had passed away six years ago.. I feel heartbroken whenever I listened to this cover. Dad left me suddenly at the most vulnerable time in my life.. I feel somehow betrayed by his passing for which my feelings were explained everything here.. he visited me in my dreams and when I saw him, wanna reached out to him to hug him, he said to me: "Sorry daughter, gotta go". I said: "When will you come back?" He just smiled sadly, shaking his head and that was when I woke up with tears streaming down my face.. I missed him so much I couldn't breathe

It's very rare that I prefer a cover to the original but this is one of those times.

The orchestration is epic as is the vocal performance!

I don’t know how to put it into words, but this version is so powerful and heartbreaking at the same time. I can hear the Underlying pain and denial but also the strength. It’s beautiful and mesmerising how powerful Annaca makes her vulnerability. Idk just 3am thoughts.

She has a voice ethereal to this world that makes you cry your soul out and eat it raw, her voice can make you feel guilty for things you did and for ones you weren’t brave enough to do while still giving a sense of peace for your doings and holdbacks as if she was there and understood everything. She is the storm of the pained heart taking down everything with her whole being, leaving only silence behind, leaving the ones who underestimated speechless and ones who understood in peace. I don’t think In all existence of mine I can ever describe exactly how ethereal her voice is, I know I might never learn words that make you understand what I’m saying. But I’ll try, and I’ll come back. And I’ll say more. Until I can, until I finally understand it fully because this is a spell cast on me making me feel like I’m finally living after years of just existing.

If only we all lived inside music, as we all appreciate it! What a wonderful place the world would be. For now, to you all here, receive absolute love from me and my family from some corner of rural Kenya.
