Rethinking Reactivity presentation made me fall in love with Svelte. Someone rightly mentioned Rich in another video as - Frontend Jesus 😁

Carniato is probably Jesus if you truly think about it in terms of impact of him designing signals and making a framework that is cutting edge, Rich doesn't make it higher than just an apostle, his framework is just leading edge, not cutting edge. Plus there is a proposal for making signals part of Javascript itself, what feature did Rich create that has so much traction that people want it part of Javascript and there is a proposal for it?

@@encapsulatio Wow! He can take the title. I don't understand why this "visionary" used JSX for solid. I love how Rich kept Svelte close to HTML, CSS and JS we are used to use the normal way.

I like Svelte 5 a lot. It is as if Svelte 4 was crossed with Vue 3's proxies but resulting in cleaner DX and excellent bundle size and performance. I am certain it will be a hit once the final release comes out.

Good interview with Rich. Well done Charles for putting the interview together with your co-hosts. TiP; Charles, I know its not your intention, but you need to focus on looking at or near the camera. You the host looking to you left screen throughout most of the interview, makes you look detached, board and more interested in doing other work, giving little or no attention to what is being said. It's actually quite rude. Yes you were probably reading the chat line, etc, but it does not come across that way. Best put the caht in your primary view under the camera. And bring forward your humour...your a fun guy...smile a bit more often. Success with all you do, R.
