19:07 - Yeah, this turned out correct. My gmail-mbox-stats software seems to be able to analyze not just Gmail but also other mail provider mailboxes if they give users ability to download their mailbox in MBOX file format. I tested on ProtonMail and it works fine.

AlpineJS has been the best alternative for me after facing the same DX/non-reactivity issues with Stimulus mentioned here

I like Svelte 5 a lot. It is as if Svelte 4 was crossed with Vue 3's proxies but resulting in cleaner DX and excellent bundle size and performance. I am certain it will be a hit once the final release comes out.

Actually the entire web development (front, back, devops) is already boring. It's just CRUD at its essence. Doesn't matter how cool your frameworks/stacks are. However, the market for CRUD apps is still good so..

Good interview with Rich. Well done Charles for putting the interview together with your co-hosts. TiP; Charles, I know its not your intention, but you need to focus on looking at or near the camera. You the host looking to you left screen throughout most of the interview, makes you look detached, board and more interested in doing other work, giving little or no attention to what is being said. It's actually quite rude. Yes you were probably reading the chat line, etc, but it does not come across that way. Best put the caht in your primary view under the camera. And bring forward your humour...your a fun guy...smile a bit more often. Success with all you do, R.

Rethinking Reactivity presentation made me fall in love with Svelte. Someone rightly mentioned Rich in another video as - Frontend Jesus 😁

Carniato is probably Jesus if you truly think about it in terms of impact of him designing signals and making a framework that is cutting edge, Rich doesn't make it higher than just an apostle, his framework is just leading edge, not cutting edge. Plus there is a proposal for making signals part of Javascript itself, what feature did Rich create that has so much traction that people want it part of Javascript and there is a proposal for it?

@@encapsulatio Wow! He can take the title. I don't understand why this "visionary" used JSX for solid. I love how Rich kept Svelte close to HTML, CSS and JS we are used to use the normal way.

One big advantage of SQlite is that it uses less memory, which helps to run more applications on smaller VPS. Happy to see better support in rails.
