स्वादिष्ट और सेहतमंद खजूर पाक की रेसिपी || Tasty & Healthy Khajur Pak Recipe ||

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Ghee (divided)
50g Chopped Almonds
50g Chopped Cashews
50g Chopped Pistachios
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
3 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
1 tbsp Ghee
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 cup Milk Powder
2 tbsp Ghee (for final step)
500g Soft Khajur (seed removed)
Method:
In a pan, add 2 tbsp of ghee and roast chopped almonds, cashews, and pistachios on low flame. After 2 minutes, add sesame seeds and roast. Then, add desiccated coconut, turn off the flame, and continue roasting for 2 minutes. Set aside this roasted dry fruit mixture.
In another pan, add 1 tbsp of ghee, 1/4 cup milk, and 1/2 cup milk powder. Mix on low flame until combined and thickened. Transfer this instant meva to a bowl.
In a kadhai, add 2 tbsp of ghee and roast 500g of soft khajur for 7-8 minutes.
Add the roasted dry fruit mixture and meva to the khajur. Mix well and pour the mixture onto a ghee-greased plate. Use a spatula to even out the mixture.
Let it set for 4 hours. Once set, cut into pieces and indulge in the delightful flavors of winter.
