I bought this bike, same colour, in New Zealand in 1972 brand new. It could cruise nicely at 80mph with a top speed of 110mph. It was the largest Japanese motorcycle in NZ. I was 16. Never had an accident. Rode it in all conditions.

I Bought 1 of those in 1972 it cost $875 on the Road Brand New Loved it

I bought 1 of those 72's in 1973 for $735. The guy in the shop wouldn't let me take off the centre stand. Instead, he did it, and dropped it against another bike and scratched the right side of the tank. I still wanted the bike though, but looking back, I should have said, "No, give me the GT380.

Had one exactly like this. However I paid $1200 for mine. ( Halifax NS., Canada) Found it was geared a bit too high . Replaced the front sprocket with one that was one tooth smaller. Solved the problem.

I've a green and white 500 with titan pipes

Was there any aftermarket expansion chambers for these back then?

I had the J&R chambers on mine with a big Mikuni carb and a racing clutch. It would straighten my arms out when I hit the power band. Total adrenaline rush,, horrible in the corners but it would keep up to and pass the 500 Kawi

I have the same bike same colour smaller rear light putting her back on the road after 5 years very hard to get parts www hard to find parts de germany may help
