Gregor, this is such a great in-depth review of the SV650! Excellent work on how you put this together (video footage, music and information). The Suzuki V-Twins are amazing motors. I love naked bikes, the SV 650 are a fantastic bike, although I am in fear that they will be discontinued with Suzuki bringing in the parallel twins. I am such a big fan of Suzuki as you know. On my Suzuki GSX S 1000 I needed to change the seat as I find a lot of stock seat very uncomfortable. I also used the Dunlop roadsmart 3 tyers and I love them. Take Care Mate.

I have the same feeling that they will do it. Somehow Suzukis that have the V2 engine feel unique in my opinion. Overall they are great bikes in my opinion. I also like the GSX-S1000 that you have, although I never rode it. Thanks for watching my friend.

Yes, it is much bigger than the tank-lock one. I still use the tank-lock. It seems to be more practical for me. Probably this is just me. Thanks for tuning in.

I just bought a used SV650 with 30800 km on the clock. I'ts a very nice motorcycle in many ways.

Hello my friend . I also found a 2017 model 64.000 klm on the clock . I am definitely going for it . The v2 engine is indestructible . Price is 4.300 euro . I think it is a great choice and I won't regret it

From what I have read, that Suzuki V- twin engine can easily get to 100,000 kms, before it needs a major refit of it's components and parts. It is that robust.

@@RRRRefuelRideRace Hello Mr. RRR. I talked a chap and his SV 650 had over 325,000 kilometers on the original engine. Just regular oil changes and valve adjustments. we'll miss them when they're gone.

WAUW, 325k km?!?!?! Last week I bought a SV650 2023 model year as my first big bike after 125cc. They have EURO5 engine and improved breaks over the previous version. Working on my license plate and the insurance now. Can't wait to start riding that little Legend. =)

100 euros. So somebody did your oil change for you? Or did you do it? Spyder costs around $130 US... Just for the oil change kit

The shop did it. I took it there because of the warranty.

Hola buenas... Yo tengo la misma moto desde hace una semana... Y espero no arrepentirme... En principio está moto tiene una personalidad propia y me parece súper versátil... En España la tengo limitada a 35KW con el permiso de A2... Cuando tenga el permiso de A podré deslimitar hasta el máximo de sus caballos oficiales... Una pregunta... La motocicleta tiene 3000km Podría usted decirme cada cuánto kms se realiza revisión y sobre el tren de arrastre también algún consejo?... Por cierto el vídeo genial... Muchísimas gracias. The service interval is at 12.000 km. At least this is in my country. You should change the spark plugs at 18.000. I did it at that km. This is the only major work that it is a bit costly, otherwise services are cheap. When your bike will be older you will be able to do the regular oil/filter service at home. I have installed the GIVI rack for the top case and also the GIVI tank ring. This is all. I have a friend with the older Vstrom that has almost the same engine and he covered 190.000 km without problems. Just doing regular maintenance. You are gonna be very happy with this bike. @@alanberic1038 To je dugi staž. :) Evo, da te pitam. Jučer i danas sam vidio, da mi se malo zamagljiva vizir na kacigi. Ima pinlock i kaciga je stara 3 godine. To mi se vidi desno na rubu. Misliš da mogu to riješit? Hvala za odgovor.

@@RRRRefuelRideRace ^pinlock ima fini silkonski "dichtung" na svojem rubu."Prijanjanje" je kljucna rijec u ucinkovitosti pinlocka....pa ti cisti,brisi,mazi i javi kako ti je najbolje uspijelo...i ja sam mator - pa ucim
