This is by FAR the best video I have seen on how to disassemble/reassemble the King Quad clutch. Your video is crystal clear, you don't stutter, you don't talk about nonsense or your dog. Perfect! Thank You! I got my 750 apart to send the primary and rollers to get the coop 3 mod done. When the primary is returned to me, your video is going to be a great help! Only thing I can't figure out is what to do with the "2019 spring" I'm going to be sent as part of the coop 3 mod. I don't know where that goes. Not what you were trying to teach though. Again, thanks for taking the time.

How about a video on front-end alignments for the 2022 750 King Quad? I was thinking about the string method, but the front tires are narrower than the back tires. I don't want to screw this up. It's two years old and has only 142 miles on it. This year, I found a great place to ride and put 95 miles on last Saturday. Handle bars when straight, tires are both to the right. Thanks, Jeff D

Very informative video. Question, my 2007 king quad 700 just started making very loud noise coming from the clutch side when going down even a small grade and starts to free wheel, not sure what is causing it?

Can u do a video of the shim mod u do to help with a bit more low end grunt???

What do you recommend using to clean the sheathe and weights? Do you put any kind of lubricant at all on it even a light coat? I’m needing to just change my inner cover as prior owner stripped it out so was going to clean clutch and change belt while in there.

If you arent having issues with those parts, I wouldn't clean or mess with them. They'll go a million miles without being cleaned. Ok maybe not a million, but a lot. I bought my first quad. It’s awesome. 2018 kingquad axi 500. How often do you replace the belt? I have 1400 miles on it now. It seems fine. I don’t hear anything weird And I’m not feeling any slipping. But it’s the only quad I’ve ridden so I’m unfamiliar with what a bad belt feels or sounds like. Thanks

You’ll know when the belt is bad. If it is just worn, you hit the throttle and it won’t go. @@MidNebraskaMotorsports thanks. It seems fine so far. It doesn’t seem to slip or anything. No noises amor anything. My quad knocks though. It had a loud this sometimes on hill climbs where I hammer the throttle. I had valves checked and they were in spec.

The two bolts need 110 NM. How do you now if you done it right?
