Dr. Haokip's stand on the need for perseverance and rational thinking is plausible! Nevertheless, their commitment, seriousness, and the progress they (KNO-UPF) made since the signing of the tripartite talk is highly questionable. Will more excuses follow after June 4, 2024, will that be acceptable? How long is rational enough for us to wait in the name of perseverance???
