i was a inmate worker at my local jail when i made some wrong choices. The cops were always really cool and apologetic over having to have us clean up pepper spray or vomit etc out of their car. Honestly it made my time go by quick, id rather do something productive then sit there in my cell / dorm all night. There was the occasional cool cop that would give us a soda or other type of food (like one time we got pizza) when we had to clean up their cars, so it had its perks. Other people would go down there because wed frequently find drugs in the sally port and even in the officers vehicles sometimes, but i was never willing to do that because 1. i didnt care to use them and 2. it would of resulted in more time if caught.. and i had learned my lesson big time and never wanted to come back or extend my stay. lol

I used to carry a pack of Marlboro reds just for my workers who'd have to clean my car. The two of them would wash the back, and the outside of it and I'd let them smoke a cig after while I sat and talked to them and the co watching them. In the 2 years I worked in LE I met a few different inmate workers.

After hearing the pretty lengthy list of charges, I thought to myself "Why would they be dumb enough to go and get into a situation like this and get caught?" When I then recalled that they don't catch the smart ones...

Exactly. I worked in corrections for about 7 years, and in my experience, about 90% of inmates are friggin' morons. In my job, I had to read over their arrest reports and such, and in almost every case, I'd end up shaking my head and thinking "What made you think that was a good idea?

I have stood in my class A's - forced to stare at the widow and children of a buddy while saluting during taps and the 21 gun salute...with tears falling out. I'm not allowed to have feelings. I'm supposed to do only what I'm ordered to do. I hear him screaming still. And the SOB that killed him - I helped nurse and kept him alive and I got injured while getting him to medivac. To then have some young power-happy thug in his little costume of presumed authority that represents George Floyd - standing there FLEXING at me? I think I know about 53 ways of ending his life with my bare hands quicker than the blink of an eye. I've met vets that had no clue, what an entrenching tool had sharp edges for. That thing's primary purpose was to make an enemy's buddies puke at the sight of it in action. My Uniform represented keeping that to myself...smiling, loving, somehow. Who am I? There's two of me.Take the higher road quietly...that's who we are here, remember? How many cops have NO clue of the definition of grit or honor or sacrifice, selflessness, duty, service? Almost daily, we sacrifice over and over in the internal struggle to ignore watching what we fought for getting spit on, made bad while bad is made the new good. Yeah those dead soldiers you knew: all for nothing. Now salute that flag. That's what YOUR Uniform stands for. These cops need to think about what their Uniform represents.

Not my fault you’re too stupid to actually listen. He’s also said multiple times that he doesn’t want to continuously cover such negative content. It drains on him personally as it would with any healthy and normal person. Of which you clearly aren’t one.

Thank you for the channel. I worked in medical labs for 21 years and clearly cannot any more. One of the things I miss is camaraderie and some of the sick or sarcastic jokes. Some by cops bringing in perps and victims, both at the same time occasionally. Some by us. Imagine going from sick patients to autopsies. Sometimes right after you tried to save them making that turn around. It was really hard. Sometimes just because of what we worked with. Every bodily fluid or body part. Sometimes you just have to release the tension. Then there was my time in the Army. Never saw combat. But I did fight AIDS. Fielded some of the first Desk tops at Ft. Sam Houston outside of the computer nerds. Also quite a few jokes that are not quite ready for elementary school kids. These days if I let loose I get called down by my daughter because . . .grand kids. So your channel has become a guilty pleasure. When they are at school lol. God bless all the cops, all the hospital workers and all the military who try to keep us safe and sound. I have been 2 out of three.

The deputy was probably buckled in, they were doing 100 with no seat belts. Lucky they didn't get thrown through the windshield. When you get hit from behind, the car needs to accelerate, and then you accelerate, usually the involves being thrown back in your seat, but the gee forces have already been attenuated by the crushing of the car structures and the time it takes your care to accelerate. Plus your head is much closer to the seat back which has less time to accelerate before your head strikes it, and if course it's cushioned. The person in the car behind is traveling at the same speed as their car. When you suddenly stop the car they keep going forward at full speed until they hit the dash or the windshield. The car is fully stopped by that point while they are still moving 100mph until they hit the window.

I was hoping the suspect would reply "no I really am a plant" when the cop yells out "I know you are not a plant!"

I live in KY and my in-laws live in Louisville. They got their car stolen twice by a group of teens who call themselves Kia Boyz. Once from outside there house then from the car service parking lot. They have been stealing Hyundais and Kia’s. Then the rental car company stole over $2,000 from them and USAA raised their premium. They pay over $400 from where they used to pay $120! It was crazy how you said something about how easy it is. Love your videos!!!!

He's done that before and the main reason he doesn't anymore is simply because they almost always boil down to: "That was dumb, unnecessary, and endangering more officers" or "That was unnecessary and should've resulted in administrative action." There's not much else to say, since you can justify all you want, but at the end of the day you can't make a wrong a right with just words.

Depending on your clothing and the environment, you can be inches from someone without them seeing you. A bright orange hunter's vest isn't going to blend in, but neutral colors against neutral colors, especially at night, is hard to see. The biggest trick is not moving at all, though it definitely helps to break up contours by getting behind or under things. Probably, he was caught going to the pot and hiding under it, not by just sitting there. Given the potential trauma, it might be in his best interest to have been caught. Otherwise, someone might have found a not-a-plant in full rigor mortis the next morning.

@@lars7747 that story/video where during a shootout an officer put 20+ bullets in a suspect because he just wouldn't go down and then the doctors in the ER going "why did they have to shoot him this much" implying it was police brutality really stuck with me. Gotta be one of the best "don't judge a book by its' cover" stories because for the doctors/paramedics it would've looked so clearly like an overkill.

The "Reimagining the POLICE" movement must be a goldmine for Code Blue Cam and Donut's channels.

Wisconsin criminal justice is a big fan of signature bonds. So CBC has alot of repeat characters. Great for entertainment, not so much for public safety.

I’ve seen plenty of Wisconsin videos but seeing one in an area I frequently go to is crazy

"I know you're not a plant" has got to be one of those lines you'd never expect to say that only makes sense in the weird context of your job. I've got a few that I've noticed over the years working in a hospital lab, the most notable I can remember off the top of my head has got to be "where the hell did I put that shit..." and, mind you, I literally meant feces/stool, you know, the stuff that comes out the end that isn't your mouth. I've also determined a hospital is the only place you can run around with a cooler full of other people's blood in bags and have literally no one question why. That's gotta be about the only acceptable place to be running around (sometimes actually tunning even in emergencies) with bags of blood that isn't yours and no one will find it weird at all

I was waiting for "I can't breathe" and I wasn't disappointed.

There really needs to be some other channels like Code Blue Cam. I love that channel and we need others like it.

The cops handled this extremely well. Didn't use a lot of force, checked to make sure the suspects were okay before questioning, and were patient. If only people on Twitter could see this kind of cops

If you weren't paying attention you could have genuinely missed the guy as a pot, this means that there is a alternate reality where they only realised the guy was hiding with a pot on there head when they reviewed the bodycam.

Or when the home owner called them and was like "Hey there's a dead guy on my porch". IDK if a hundred mph crash that leaves you puking blood is something you just walk off without medical attention, especially if you're that concussed.

Two guys in a car crash are pumping with adrenaline which triggers fight or flight they could’ve been aggressive at any moment, head trauma can cause shitty decision making so he couldn’t pulled the Opper stopper out thinking he was John wick. Reaching near your waist while being told to not move is pretty shady so wiping a leave off looks like reaching so no shit the cop is gonna react

Lmao reminds me of the time in Fayetteville NC when one of my friends tried to hide from the cops with a lamp shade over his head standing in the corner of an abandoned restaurant. It was hilarious watching the cops go past him, and yes, we got away hahaha

The fact they surrendered instead of trying something else shows they’re smarter than they look and despite their concussions

so I live in a semi rural area of Mississippi, I got a call around 11:30/12:00 one night from my friend ( the pastors son ) saying that " they are at the church" meaning that some randos were up at the church and it was possibly the guys that had broken into the church's storage building. I rush up there to find my pastor, a squad car from the sheriff's office, and a couple of my buddies there including the one that called me. apparently they saw at least two men on the security footage that transmits directly to my pastor and a couple other trusted men in the church. Another reason besides the recent thefts/property damage that we were on edge about random people traipsing around the church late at night was that My great aunt Robbie was staying in the evangelist quarters at the church while she was wrapping up some other business with her properties in Tennessee and finding a home to purchase over here. So we were concerned for her safety as well as the church's property. My cousin and I started our search by driving down the road to the residential area we thought they might try to leave through that was like a couple miles down the road behind the cow pastures that were directly behind the church. we didn't see anything so we headed back, once we were back at the church I walked over to the pastor's son to talk while two of our friends walked along the fence line to look for any sign they could find, had no sooner started talking to him when I hear one of them query, "Is that a cow" so we look over and then he shouts no that's a dude. so we take off and right as I catch up to them this guy stands up on the other side of the fence. my pastor had just left to get gas and the two deputies had just left as well so someone called him and the deputies saw him speeding back to the church and followed suit, while that is happening my cousin and the pastors son climbed through the fence and were moving to flank the guy from behind so he couldn't run away before the deputies could arrest him. and when my pastor finally made it there he started preaching at this guy for running around the church property at night seemingly up to no good and the dude straight up said "are you talking to them, they just rolled up on me" soon after the deputies relocated him to the backseat of one of their suv's lol. TLDR: guys tresspass on church property late at night, one is caught impersonating cattle in pasture next door, tries to shift blame to men that caught him.
