The way Moe consoles Sutan when she wanted more juice is so precious. As a mother, she makes sure Sutan learns to let things go from this very young age. Such a great mother. Definitely, although she sometimes forgets to say what the traditional ingredient used is and only says the substitute. For example, in the eggs she used sugar as a substitute, but traditionally mirin is what is used for sweetness. She forgot to mention that. If it is available to you, I recommend using the traditional ingredient to expand your palette. Not a big deal though!

Probably in this household, Moe is the tougher parent and Moto is the relax parent -- so Sutan thinks of her dad as her playmate.

The way Sutan's face lit up when she saw her dad is one of the cutest things I've ever seen.

Everyone keeps talking about how lucky Moto is to have Moe as his wife, but they are forgetting how lucky Moe is to have Moto. They are BOTH lucky to have each other

The sushi rolls looked delicious, Moe. When I was in college years ago, a fellow student from Japan made us sushi and he showed us how it was done. Unfortunately for us, none of my roomies could even make anything close to a functioning sushi roll and once our friend moved back to Japan, we pretty much gave up trying to make them. I'm going to give this a try as your video made it look pretty simple.
