Yelp review: restaurant floors were a tad bit messy and this crazy lady with fox ears kept verbally abusing the other customers, but the food was top notch and the kitchen was very speedy with my order

Aenne is right: "maki" is roll. Gunkan means warship, referring to how they look. Gunkan maki is honestly just a style of sushi, along with like maki, uramaki, temaki, and nigiri. It uses a loose ingredient that can't be wrapped very well, such as roe or urchin; but it's not just one predefined ingredient, just like there's more than one kind of nigiri. What you guys got is actually tobiko gunkan (you can tell by the color and the size)

It's great that the mod creators are constantly updating the mods. I remember the initial build of the sushi mod used the stir fry wok to cook the rice and it only had one portion of rice.

Yelp Review: I was the 4th table in on day 10, I sat at the top left table. Would be 5 stars for the food alone, but before I could even order this crazy fox lady shoved me fully out of my seat and into the other room just so they could make a phonecall about some sort of daycare or something, incredibly rude, I won't be returning

That no liquor in supermarkets is law throughout Australia. Non alcoholic drinks only. You do often find liquor stores nearby supermarkets though.

Yelp review of Sushi Train: This was the tastiest crab roll I ever ordered from this place. I would definitely come back to eat here next time. Though I really wish I had the option of eating it with soy sauce and/or chili paste. 5/5 ⭐️

I was the customer that ordered the entire roll on day 4 Next time I would appreciate the entire roll plus 3 more spicy crab rolls thank you. Service otherwise was efficient and wonderful

Hi from Kentucky! We can’t have anything stronger than beer in the grocery, it must be in a different store. Which the groceries around here have side-stepped by walling off part of their stores, making a new entrance, and setting up a wine/liquor store in the same dang building!

You guys should totally look into the automated soaking sink set up, I feel like dishes are always an issue when it gets really busy

@@cheese3640 do you know which video 😂 I’ve seen all of their plate up vids and I don’t remember them like ever using soaking sinks except in the very beginning when conveyors weren’t a big focus

12:20 The one and only time I've made sushi, we had students from some college Japanese foreign student program as part of the Japanese club I'm a part of at college. When we made sushi, a couple of them did the sushi roll instead of cutting it. I didn't cut when I made a second roll because cutting the first one was a mistake.

For Aenne's sake, I was the left customer on Day 6 who showed up at closing. 4/5 for presentation, 5/5 for service, and the food was excellent! (Although the plate was slightly wet though, don't yall have a dishwasher to dry the plates 😓) Would dine again!

Totally feeling Price about rolling sushi, especially when you're only doing a couple of servings. My Mondfisch and I usually cook chirashi zushi, the deconstructed one, with nori on the side so that it stays crispy. I get it done faster and as long as his rice is extra vinaigry, my Mondfisch doesn't care much about presentation.

Utah is the same way with liquor laws. Never had a complaint until my wedding day. My aunt stole all the liquor out of my house for some godforsaken reason, so when my husband and I finally got to lay down and celebrate by ourselves at the end of the long day, we couldn’t go to the store and buy more. We also bought extra to take on our honeymoon, and since the following day was Sunday, the liquor store was closed and we didn’t get to have a celebratory drink until 2 days later 🙃

Am i the only one who misheard Oregon to Organ??! Like human organs? I was cooking when they were talking about murdering the Robins and then switched to, i swear i heard „organ“ 😱😱😱

Tobiko is usually yellow so those should be ikura, salmon roe (not magoro or what aenne said lol)

If you thought sushi burritos were upsetting, consider sushi salad! My parents love it so much we only made real sushi once, I think.

Yelp Sushi review : first, i noticed that the dining tables is so far away it give me anxiety. ☺ Second, the booking desk that the lady in a fox ears always use is not there either, it give me double anxiety. 😊 Third, i think i heard something about CHILD while im chewing my crab mayo sushh🥲, 🤔ᴴᴹᴹᴹ but overall i give it 4/5 ✰
