This song deserves its name even if it didn’t have eye of the tiger in it

In my opinion Dave Bickler is one of the best rock vocalists of the world, but he is underrated like his band Survivor :( this and Santa Anna Winds are my favourite Sirvivor's songs

i know im late in this comment both have great rendition but bickrer rendition made this song iconic when i hear eye of the tiger its bickler always come to my mind and i think most of us too

Yeah Bickler was a great singer for sure but Jimi Jamison just took Survivor to whole other level. 'Didn't know it was love' is easily the greatest Survivor song ever written and 'Too Hot To Sleep' was their best album. And i love em all!

I heard this song with no beat on IG and it's actually better. The words are so much more powerful.
