HEY THIS WILL HELP YOU! When that red cross pops up on the bottom left of the screen use a bandage to stop the bleeding, and use a medicated bandage to stop the infection. No antidote needed. Also don't waste time going to all the caves. They all give the same resources. Also the rocks in the caves can give clay, lead, iron and stone. You mined clay the first time. Block more, you take no damage while blocking

You might wanna look into the "friendly NPC section". Also..keep in mind that every time you die, your max health is decreased by 1. With various foods increasing your stats to counter that effect.

The first time he played the infected, comment sections were full of people telling him he lose 1 hp every death, he never noticed and dropped to almost 50 i think 😂😂

Medicated Bandages for when you get infected, put them on using the person icon when you open your inventory on the top of the screen. Drag them over and apply to the infected spots on the body. Regular bandages for regular wounds applied the same way. Hope this helps.

There is a suicide button. Also, check the setting before you go into the game. You can turn off a lot of stuff...like sunburns etc. You can also search mailboxes and barrels outside. Barrels have gasoline in them.

Hint: if they hit your base...build where they can't reach you. Those small mountains all around you are just perfect for it. ;) Plus...shield is your best friend.

@@alekpo2000 No, but instead of open access from all sides, you create chokepoint to defend much easier. They can all throw things, so you're not completely safe anywhere.

Vladd, I sincerely appreciate your time and effort into this game, the old series of this game is probably my most favorite from you. I almost pissed myself with laughter during the gator episode. I'm so relieved to hear that you're not going to give up on this game, I know that once you get the tech and start building some awesome stuff that it'll shine again like in the old series. I love how Vladd's brain every 30 minutes tries to remind him that he can block with a shield and he completely ignores it lol I admire you for playing this, i don't think I could handle it for that long

The icon that looks like a virus, You click on your inventory then the body and then place a medical bandage on the area of the body that's bleeding and infected The + icon just requires and normal bandage. The antidote is for the NPC who can help around your base, kind of like kelvin from Sons of The Forest. When you are in towns make sure to check the oil cans either outside of the house or in the garage to get fuel. I always have a jerry can in my chest on the ATV just to keep a backup for fuel and after every town use the excess ones found in the town to just fill up. The towns loot always respawns The mineral... uh machine thing to extract metals and rocks needs to be placed near or in a cave to get the metals

Gas cans for ATV are in oil cans in all towns. You passed up SO many bandages that heal your infection in the player tab. Drag and drop. Build spikes for smaller enemies and the solo big guy is easy to kill

Hey Vladd, it might go a tad smoother if you turn off base raiding on the vambie settings, definitely eat frogs, they are super important to early survival and I built my base on a cliff, it should keep the vambies from getting to your base. It’s a bit of a pain but it’s worth it. And inventory management is a life saver. Remember you can store items in your ATV. Also on the community section for this game on steam somebody posted a map that shows all the towns, super helpful.

You can turn the sun thing off in your settings before entering the game - along with disabling the scorpions etc. great watching you play.

There is nothing like screaming at Vladd bc he has a medicated bandage to heal his infection in his inventory lol!

the "medicated bandage" will cure the infection and the "regular bandage" will cure a basic injury...and if your poisoned eat an egg or potato will cure that too. Thank you for your wonderful content!

You can turn off 'sun resistance' before you load the game. Select your save, and on the right side you have 'General' and 'AI' tab, find and set everything you want/don't want in the game.

That said, I have been watching you on KZread for roughly 3 years or more. There is not a day that goes by that I do not start my day without looking to see if you posted. If you do post, I know it is going to be a good day. I love the variety lately and hope you continue to post as often as possible. I am a disabled Veteran and spend a Great deal of time alone in my room. I have not turned on a TV in nearly 10 years. If I watch anything at all, it is usually content providers such as yourself. Your content has helped me manage the bad days. I have a number of injuries that cause me to live in enormous physical pain. I also manage PTSD regularly. A vicious cycle of ups and downs that can be debilitating. As crazy as the world has become in the last few years, any opportunity to forget for a short while is a very welcome escape. I know you're currently diving into the "Sons of the Forest" and enjoy the survival games. (as do I). However, last year you were on a stretch of horror and paranormal games. Was one of my favorite eras of the Outer Middle Show. ***BTW, any UPDATES on the Skin Walker in your backyard?**** Your video was one of the best Ive seen on that subject. I would absolutely love to see you do a Paranormal investigation or visit to a Haunted Prison or something. I know you have your hands full. Creating content takes a ton of work. I get it. Have been laughing so hard the whole episode. I hope you will make several more videos of this game, Mr Vlad. Oh and by the way, you can turn off and on the sun resistance in the menu.

You can select the view options for light and sound ( on the land claim sign) which are increasing due to constant use of the forges once the sound display bar reaches full; you get an attack and it resets. Barbed wire fences are best to protect against the oncoming attacks from the werewolves, goblins and those pesky ranged shooting vampires can be taken out with a bow from inside the barbed wire fence.

I have zero time to play complex games like this, so to be able to watch game play when I do have time and still enjoy great games.....is quite the treat. Thank you Vladd!

Vladd, when in combat, try using your shield more often, it’s one of the best weapons you got against them. Also, when you die, if you get teleported to the initial spawn location, there is a “suicide” option (which can also be used if you’re stuck in general). And one last tip, most villages have oil barrels which contain gas that you can use to power your vehicles. Speaking of oil, those “rusty cans” that you passed up are actually oil. Hope this helps, looking forward to the new episode! :)

The medicated bandages cure the infection and you need to keep an eye out on your sound and light bars at your base. Click on your base claim sign to see those. Hope this helps❤

You can cure the virus with medicated bandages. It you open your inventory and click over to the armor/body tab it'll show you where you're infected. Click to grab the bandage and pull it to the infection. Healed. Also, the monsters wouldn't attack your base so much if you would pay attention to the light and sound volume. Click on the land claim pole and click the tab at the bottom. The volume gauge will appear in the top right corner. I hope this helps! Love your vids! ☺️

Try out "Subsistence". Pretty sure thats the hardest game to start out, and even then when u get stuff, its pretty hard...

I know I've said this a million times, but check your settings. You can change/turn on/off so many things. Including enemies, health going down from hunger/thirst (can turn those off), turn off heat/cold, can change damage, etc. This game is soooooo customizable in so many ways, that's what makes it so great. If you just want to relax and build one day, you can. You can literally make it so you can build without needing to go out and get materials. Just place what you want. You want a forge? Just place it. Want an advanced work bench? Just place it. If you want a day where you want to make it a challenge and see how long you can survive enemies, you can turn those on and make them really tough, but turn off dying from thirst and hunger. Or vice versa, turn off enemies and just increase toughness from surviving from thirst and hunger. So many challenges to do before you get bored 😅

Love watching you play man, I quit this game early on. Way too technical and grindy. Use your shield, it'll save you from getting infected as often. You're awesome man!

Hey Vladd, if you throw your spear at them, most enemies die from 1-2 hits. I tried it with the bone spear so I can confirm it works with the bone and steel spear, but I have no idea if it works with the stone spear.

A while back there were 2 tech pages in every town that you come across and it kinda still looks that way,also the truck is pretty awesome for drivin over sstuff and runnnin around to clear out your extractors and suck just throw a few boxes on the back of the truck

I’ve really tried hard on this, solely because I’ve really been excited about this game, but I really don’t like the new enemies. I think I get what they’re trying to do? But I think they’re falling short. When you said they were “whackey” I think you nailed it. They’re too rediculous in my opinion.

This game has a solid base, the early game is great, some grind, some exploring, some building and some combat. There is a decent amount of items you can make once you get some basic resources going, and get some extractors set up. Getting to the mid game is fun and the mid game itself is also very fun, unlocking new tech kind of dictates how you play, once you unlock some power and new machines all sorts of new fun things open up. What this game needs is some balancing, especially with the food recipes and the combat, and some story and lore. Once you unlock all the tech, build a huge base filled with power and all the storage and food you will need with some base defenses, that's it. I really think this game has the potential to be a top game for a lot of people, especially when all the assets are customized.
