Hi David, if I understand your question, the operator in the video was not very accommodating and friendly, we booked them through the Klook app. My suggestion would be to check out operators on trip advisor based on their reviews, then book. Hope that helps.

I will be flying to dubai for a week in mid august. Please write whether it is so hot during the day, whether it is possible to lie on the beach, for example
