For those of you who don't know, Shaolin kung fu is one of the oldest and hardest forms of martial arts. A lot of MMA and other martial arts originated from Shaolin kung fu. You may have seen many MMA fighter vs Shaolin Monk videos on KZread. Shaolin masters can develop crazy abilities like iron fist, extreme flexibility, and the ability to run on water.

Kids dont have a reason to quit things depending by their parents education (or education in general). And kids dont have reasons do join soccer or any sport. They like it, they do it. The only thing that drives kids is pride or fun.

Winners never quit, Quitters never win. Sucessful people or even famous boxers, wrestlers, martial artists, etc. had failed multiple times. They are only sucessful because they had the perseverance to keep on going even if they failed. You are a winner. Never stop going even when times are hard for you. A true victory is when you have perseverance to keep going even if you failed many times. You choose whether you keep on going or quit.

This is the kind of motivation that I used to improve in math and physics because I love science and after a few months I can say that it is a whole new world for me, I also started meditating and it is amazing how it unlocked my brain. My analysis skills have greatly improved to the point that I am contemplating a career in Aeronautical Engineering and I am very happy about that. I only tell you this because everything is possible if you believe it and of course it also depends on your hard work. Never give up🙏🏻 It is not the goal itself, it is the path. Wish you all the best.

hi Hafu I'm glad to see your tremendous training and dedication, just a doubt, don't you get injured in knee or ankle and how does it heal?? do you take any medications etc, since these exercises and training is really hard and commendable that you were able to do them

Kung fu and Vlogs are like fire and water. Kung fu is about shutting up and doing. No words. Just do and do again and again. You don’t get to talk or think your way into excellence.

Discipline is an idea that must be relayed to each person with the right set of teaching techniques. You can't just discipline a person with only just a shout (though it may be necessary if the moral of a person is worst) It has to be proven with an aura of guidance and wisdom. If discipline is achieved, nothing will be impossible. Discipline is an important milestone to achieve true freedom.

Got to respect a Shaolin monk, but in the time he's taught you strength training and forms, I'd have you looking like an invincible fighter. Respect for your willingness to train to go beyond what you're capable of today.

This is super rad but I have a question. Who's doing the camera work? And I see that there's a drone footage and such. Does your master not consider all of this a distraction from whatever you're trying to achieve in the day?

0:03 Shaolin kung fu is not the most ancient martial art, the oldest martial art is kalaripayattu! In fact, the one who made kung fu was an Indian monk called Bodhidharma. Ignoring that is disrespectful to the art of shaolin.
