It's better to risk everything than risk everything and know the other has it all (the point XQC was making). In the scenario where you don't know the other person intention (good or bad), which in this case was the people in the video, you would lose less choosing to steal. AND since you know yourself the best, afterwards you would make the decision of giving half to the other to "not feel guilty". what people dont realize is that when they said no at the beginning they had more will power, and they didnt know what was coming next. your willpower on day 70 is way less than day 30, and on day 30 is way less than the beginning, the longer you go the more worn down you are and more willing to spend on something that will make you happy, like reading or seeing your family.

Mr Beast implied they'd only lose it all if they both hit steal, so the safest option would be to split it. But after "suffering" 100 days of absolute boredom with someone, you probably wouldn't even want to hurt them in the first place.

Xs split or steal take example of 100K is like the average person doing one for $200 or some little amount. It's totally different psychology if its not life changing money.

Stealing is mathematically better for YOU however as a WHOLE stealing is the only option that would resolve in a chance of decreased prize pool. So really no answer is wrong mathematically speaking (that is completely disregarding human emotions)

Let me use maths If you choose steal 50% chance to take all money 50% to lose all money If you choose split 50% to take half money 50% to lose all money However, lets look at it from another point of view If you choose split. There is a 100% chance that at least one of you will win anything. Spending 100 days together will make them think more of 'Us' rather than 'Myself'

What XQC meant is that if he presses “split” then he loses if she steals it. But if he presses “steal” and he loses he then he would lose it anyway even he pressed “split” since she steals it.

Not only it was a stupid take but if reality worked exactly like Xqc wanted, they would have both lost the money. He's just mad cause they weren't pieces of crap like him and proved him wrong.

For split/steal, if you can't negotiate, like this video, split. Going for a steal doesn't help at all. With this, if one split and one steals, they can split it after the video, but that adds unnecessary risk as the other person may steal. However, if you can negotiate, always steal and tell the other person to split and explain, you will give it to them afterward. If they do split, then if you give it back or not, you got the money. However, if they don't split, you both don't get the money, but you were outward about your choice, so no blame could be put onto you.

Steal is literally the only way to win, he is right. -If you split you either get half or get nothing and the other person gets all. -If you steal you either get it all or you both get nothing (you would have still gotten nothing if you split). Stealing is just mathematically the better option.
