Survival University walks us through their blade designs from Condor knife and Tool at Shotshow 2024
Jason and Reuben from Survival University designed 3 great blades that will fit various survival tasks. These designs came from Jason and Reuben, being manufactured for them by Condor knife and tool.

The steel choices are are appropriate, 1095 knives & 1075 sword. I wonder why 1075 instead of 5160 spring steel for the sword. I understand the larger the blade the lower youd go in the 10xx steel series for impact resistance/toughness reasons. My kukri is 5160 and is tough as a dad (a motherf'er 😂). Your products all look well made and get great reviews. The grinds on those knives look super usefull and well executed. The handle and tip/blade shape of the sword reveal the philosophy of the martial arts its born from. I hope to add these to my collection.
I want that sword type thing. Hell, I want all three.

We are calling the sword type thing the Gallantry. Its a modified Ginunting which is the official sword used by the Philippine Marines and a common blade used with Pekiti-Tirsia Kali (PTK) We have modified our version to be used for both combat and for bushcraft/survival purposes in our climate in the mountains of Colorado.

The prices will be $180, $220 and $300 respectively. If everything goes as planned, these will be available on our website next month.
