This almost seems fake, why would the biker just go "oh really well I'm out" then proceed to come within inches of the baby stroller til dude moved it almost seems he knew there was no baby in it. Cuz if a dude in a huge bike just randomly comes that close to my infant he'd be going to have his jaw rewired.

you can get peddle kits for them. its a gray area. in 2020 ny made it legal for all e bikes to ride on trails like normal bicycles. but they say new laws coming in '24
