while you're still young before you gotta pay bills and adulthood kicks in, heres a tip. Get work and save. Weekends/weeknights while schools in you could do a couple hours a day/week part time working at a movie theatre for example. During summer months look to do landscaping work full-time, this will pay good but warning it will be hard physical labor... the upside is you'll feel the reward of getting paid to workout and build muscle and character. by the end of 1-2 years you can get one if you still want to.

It’s more efficient having a higher power motor / controller / battery and turning the output power down. 15kW-20kW is more than enough offroad. This 28kW system turned down to 17kW will produce less heat than Alex’s talaria setup at 17kW. The motor windings are larger on the bigger motor. Which means you’ll achieve more range, less wear and tear on the electronics. It wasn’t discussed at length but the regen should handle most of the breaking concerns. With 5 levels I would think the regen is quite strong??? Maybe the best upgrade is a set of new shocks?

Probably the Talaria overall? The pro SS probably has the best brakes ...but tbh none of them use top shelf stuff, they are built to a price point. brand new prototype bike, nobody's had the chance to really range test them on YT yet. The range would vary greatly depending on what mode you are in. Being a bigger motor will help improve the range on the lower wattage modes though. Combine that with a large 72V 50AH battery and the range increase on a power level similar to an MX4 should be quite substantial.

According to math on the battery output... 72V 40ah..... volts x amps = wattage... is 3600 watts... not 28000......its the controller that can push 28000 not the battery. Unless i just dont understand the actual battery output properly... its more like 4000 watts and thats still alot... 4000 watts will get you that 80mph...

Ya your not doing that right at all man. Batteries are volts x amp hours not amps.... and then it equals watt hours. Which is just the capacity of the battery not the performance output. Also this battery is 50ah. To get KW in this case a peak reading of 28KW you would divide the kw by voltage to get the amps your battery is putting out, which is about 388 amps. We were only able to get this bike to pull about 23kw or about 320 amps
