In this video, I teach you how to prepare the POTATO STEW WITH PORK RIBS quickly, easily and deliciously, that is, totally resistible.
➖RIBS STEW WITH POTATOES➖
📝INGREDIENTS:
🔸 Pork ribs 1 kg
🔸Potatoes 1 kg
🔸Garlic 2 units
🔸Onion 1 unit
🔸Tomato sauce 80 gr
🔸Beef broth 800 ml
🔸White wine 100 ml
🔸Thyme
🔸Rosemary
🔸 Parsley
🔸 Coloring or saffron
🔸Olive oil
🔸Black pepper
🔸Salt
🔥 PREPARATION:
▪️1. In a bowl, put the chopped ribs, the garlic and the chopped parsley.
▪️2. Add a little oil and mix. Let rest for a few hours.
▪️3. In a pot put oil and brown the ribs.
▪️4. Reserve the pork ribs.
▪️5. In the same pot, poach the onion with a little salt.
▪️6. When the onion is tender add the tomato sauce, thyme and rosemary.
▪️7. Add the ribs and mix with the sauce.
▪️8. Put the potatoes in pieces, a little salt and cover with the meat broth.
▪️9. Cover and cook over medium heat for 25-30 minutes.
🔍 TIPS:
🔹 The step of marinating the pork ribs is not mandatory but it will give an exquisite flavor.
🔹 If you like peas you can put them halfway through cooking.
🔹 Let the stew rest and it will be more flavored.

Hola, es imposible que en 25 minutos las costillas estén tiernas, las patatas y las costillas, tienen diferente cocción... gracias y saludos para todos 😊

Como puedes ver en la receta y escuchar, las costillas se cocinan antes con el sofrito.

Sí, previamente solo 2 minutos con el vino! Para que las costillas queden tiernas, mínimo tienen que estar media hora sino, se quedan más duras que un cuerno... saludos cordiales!
