Can't wait to see your new bag! I was telling my hubby about the surprise (hint, hint!). Cartier has exceptional service. I brought in two watches for new batteries last week. Not only was I not charged, they shipped them back to me via Fed Ex and placed them in the lovely pouches. They returned my originals when I dropped the watches off. Quite a different experience from Van Cleef (or should I say Van Cheap).

It's hard isn't it? I bought some travel pants from Lululemon and for some dumb reason took the tags off. They say all kinds of weather but they are SO thick! And HOT but look good. Hope yours from Altheata are comfy to NY!
