When I cook a pork tenderloin such as this . I wrap it in several slices of bacon and put in crock pot on low fr 8 hours . Adding small amt of liquid in bottom ( 1/8 th C of water or broth ) thrn pop under broiler to crisp bacon fr abt 5 minutes. Great w mashed pot and green veggies. Fork tender and very moist .

Cheese choice is up to me. Cheddar, Swiss or a nice smoked provolone, mozzarella or Gouda all work well in this flavor profile. I've served this with Jasmine Rice and grilled or roasted fresh asparagus. Remember it's up to you to know your diners. Enjoy! ♥️🇺🇸👍🏻

This looks great! Can't wait to try it out. Subscribed! I have been stuffing my pork loin with diced figs, feta cheese and fresh herbs. Stuff the loin and toothpick together to keep it contained and toss on the grill cut side down then flip to the other side. The feta has nice body and won't melt and run out and the flavor contrasts well, tempering the sweetness of the figs. Enjoy!

Buy some pork rub. There are nearly endless pre-prepared options that are very good. I like famous Dave's rib rub on all pork its delicious.

I couldn't find a pork fillet - meat is rather hit and miss in supply in post Brexit Britain, so I experimented with shoulder instead. It was lovely. Thank you.

I have a pork tenderloin in the freezer! Going to do this when I decide to prepare it. Only I think I'll add some spinach, diced asparagus or shredded brussel sprouts to the filling..... and omit the cheese.

Bonjour, hier j'ai préparée ton rôti de porc, suivant ta recette. Sincèrement c'est la première fois que je le fais et mon mari et moi nous nous sommes régalés😋. Je garde bien la recette pour le refaire régulièrement et quand je vais avoir des invités, je vais surprendre mes convives. Ce rôti est bien cuit, savoureux onctueux et d'une grande saveur. Great ! I L.O.V.E. pork tenderloin, but always cut it in 1 inch pieces and marinated it over night in Ayvar. Then - next day - I fried it only covered with black papper and after a few minutes I added the marinade again, slowed down temperature and waited till the rice is ok. Also added some red wine and heavy cream to it. Your recipe made it to the top of my to do a.s.a.p. list ! Tzatziki added as a dip ? The idea makes me smile :-)

One clove of garlic is nowhere near enough for all that pork! It's so good for you, you should use more of it. And pork should be eaten with some type of apple dish, it's super hard to digest
