I'm not even American (I'm an Australian) but that still had me tearing up, a wonderful rendition of the anthem of the leading nation of the western world.

I lovethis solo, Its not a person trying to show us every nook and cranny of their vocal range, its our anthem from the heart.

I'm Irish living on the West coast County Donegal - only a few years ago I learned the story of the Star Spangled Banner and I was moved - moved every time I hear it now and this young woman did it proud - God Bless you all....!

@@damitbobby6677 people in the United States have the oppurtunity to build a life by hard work and perserverance. I have worked for almost the entire 66 years of my life. I let nothing hold me back, i own a 3000 sq foot brick home on a large plot of land, i have always had more then one car, always have had food on the table and clothes on our backs and i was always been willing to work hard. And my education level is only a high school diploma. Through my faith in him and with his grace, GOD has blessed me to be able to build a life for my family and give them oppurtunity. Everyone here can build a life if they choose to. You just have to get off your butt and stay off your butt. And I feel no shame for my hard work, my sacrifice, my good choices nor my faith in GOD. And dear, my home land is here, I am half Apache, so Texas is my homeland, I am half Mexican, so Texas is my homeland for it was once Mexico held land. I am not tied to Europe. But you are, your people came here, took the land by force. Maybe it is you who feel shame, maybe as i said before it is you who should give up all you have to feel better about your shame, the shame you feel for something someone else did. So i have told you where i am from, where are you from, lets delve into your countries past? Lets see if it is squeeky clean. Lets see if your pedestal which you have sat yourself on really sits on haloed ground.
