I really don't know why they didn't show her off at the last preview. I love the pose on this one. Could easily be the art of a codex cover.

This Model would make a better Jump Pack Canoness then the actual one we are getting. Just slap a leftover Zephyrim jumppack on her, and move the Sacred Rose iconography over to the jumppack. You could swap her shield arm since Canoness arent allowed flamers but you could say its a melta pistol.

Gotta know that some people are gonna do some amazing object source lighting on that sword. Can’t wait to see it!

If we start getting models of Book main characters: Ciaphus Cain and Jurgen when? I'd spring for the Chimera

Every time GW release a non-primaris model I get such whiplash I feel like I was just woken up with a taser. First because Holy Shit GW remembering things exist that aren't in blue power armour, but also because every non-primaris model they bring out looks FANTASTIC. This thing is just bursting with personality, though as usual GW can't do faces for anything so I'd 100% use the helmeted version

Love this model for the shield alone. Also biased since I'm already painting my sisters as Sacred Rose.

Can’t wait to paint one up and do some OSL from the sword. The busy design of it actually lends itself well to it.

I like Sisters with shields. I HATE assembling them. And while I was struggling with my squad of 10, I realized I hate their shields. If anything, their guns should be bullpup SMG-type designs. Because you want your hand to grip onto a bar at the right side of the kite shield that is strapped on your left arm. Braced against your whole forearm means when you need to deflect something with the shield, the impact is spread out over a large area. It isn't just because I struggled to attach the wrists to the models that I realized, as designed, Sisters could fire ONCE before their wrist snaps like a twig trying to use the shield...

I mean, I just NEED this model. 'Nuff said

@@rutgaurxi7314 yeah but... The person clearly likes the model. Normally you say "you get what you deserve" when something bad happens. So... They reads black library (which they never actually say btw), and he gets a cool model. Gets what they deserve guess.

I'm a sucker for a nice display model. I may just have to get her when she comes out. Also, the parchment on the right cherub, I swear, is from a rumour engine.

Bloodletter I think rather than bloodthirster head. That rose I’m not a fan of, thinking about removing it.

Wait a second - is that horn (or whatever it is) molded onto that amazing shield? Awe man, I hope not.

There would have been a lot less backlash if this was the battle box mini.

I could also make the argument that aside from the shield, that this model could be easily converted, if I cared enough to do it. (I honestly don't.)

Strange it wasn't shown off earlier but it's a great model. Will have to get it now I'm changing armies to sob and getting some for free.

I'd be tempted to lose the flower thing behind her head....would give a cleaner silhouette. Needs more or less filigree on the grieves...they're a bit no man's land at the moment. I'd lose the gas jet on the sword... it's a magic fiery demon killing sword...doesn't need the distraction. But the bones of this model are excellent 👍

I really like the model, but i just don't think i would ever get it. Even being a pretty big fan of Sisters i can't bring myself to buy a display model just to have it.

The strategic rock would have to be replaced with something like a vehicle wreck in order to fit her on a 32mm base without significant reposing, and I don't know if it's even possible to fit the cherubs on flat bases with the way the scrolls they're on connect with the strategic rock's sides.

Cain did have onr model and it was pretty good. Jurgen is pretty much the old meta Valhallen Imperial Guard with melta melta. Would love to get updates of both though and even more so Amberly Vail, Felicia Tayber, and most especially Colonel Regina Kasteen.

I’m really sad she doesn’t have rules for 40K and won’t for some time, I absolutely love the model

I bet the reason they didn’t show it was a try to “theme” the last preview. It was for a box that was “themed” as sister jump assault. This character, is not “themed” as a “jump assault” model. Maybe that’s why? I gave up trying to understand GW marketing years ago.

Shame it's looking to be a legends only model.

Going through second puberty I understand the need to have blessed nipple armour.

The sword effects and daemon head look dumb. Other than that it looks great.

She isn't getting rules, she's just a limited promotional for a novel. GW pushing plastic but not manning up to inventory or production for the product for the next decade or so. I see through it.

That flame effect is disgusting and just drags down the entire model, I would also remove "halo," and the chyerbs. 3/10 for me.
