It was sore, big, annoying and ugly. A ENT doctor took it out. You did not mention anything about cysts. Can you do a video about it?

Ha! Good question. The procedure is a tracheotomy, because -otomy means to make an incision. The opening that is left behind is called a tracheostomy.
