@@lefthandedsurgeon Sir I had disc prolapse 5 years ago. I love surgery as a branch. But while assisting or bending forward I get back pain which radiates to legs. How grave is this as a problem to take up surgery?

Thank you so much sir. I was the first one to hold the scalpel in the dissection hall the very first day of medical college. And that was the moment when I decided I wanted to be a surgeon. I heard many things like females can't be good surgeons, or there is a lot of traumatic atmosphere in there, or there will be no family life and satisfaction. But now I want to be a general surgeon only. I believe that I have a good visual and episodic memory and I can do very well in this field. ⚕️
