@@BendheimBoards You beat me too it. I was just getting ready to post the same thing. Video wasn't too long, yet wasn't too short. Music was unobtrusive and pleasant. Just enough of each step to keep it interesting. And of course, the board turns out looking great. I've never built my own board. It'd be cool to surf something you made yourself. Great job all the way around! Dig factor 9!

As someone who is 29 and who has been surfing since the age of 5, this is by far the best most detailed build i’ve seen in a while!
This is magic - I’m 68 years old and have surfed since I was 10 years old growing up in Santa Cruz - I once spent time in Italy and my neighbor was an artist that sculpted with marble - I’d watch the process for hours and was fascinated - I’m an engineer and physicist - pretty dry stuff - but the sculptures a shaper creates using so many trades is so unique and each sculpture has its own identity - they all drift as an individual - it’s magic - Thanks to the Shapers that give us life

Beautiful job on the board. Really nice work. I was Greenlight’s first ever employee back around ‘09-‘10. Helped Brian get a couple of his NJ locations off the ground. After teaching the board making course for a while I moved onto glassing for some of the local guys and doing my own stuff. Haven’t made a board in a couple years, but this brought back some good memories. Keep up the good work. 🤙

I was soo lucky to do this in my after-school activities ❤
You just made me appreciate my board even more! Amazing craftsmanship!
This is so inspiring! My grandfather was from Spain. He was what they call a Riviera Master (one of the last ones in the Dominican Republic). Riviera masters would chop trees down and build huge sailboats the old-fashioned way. He came from a long line of Riviera masters from Vigo, Spain. (His family have been boat builders since the times of Columbus and passed on the skills from father to son). It's in my blood. I love watching how things that float are made. This was so awesome. Thanks for sharing!!!

We’ve got this low key mentor ship thing going and you don’t even know! 😂 I knew I wanted to shape for a long time but most of the industry keeps their process a secret, but not you. Epic to see what goes into making a board
Holy cow i remember when FCS came out. It changed the industry almost overnight. The 2 plug system. I went from glassing on fins to hardly ever glassing on fins in a short period. I ended up using my fin rope for various airbrush designs. 25 years in the business and I gave it up. This video is bringing back good memories. Nice board you made there fella.
