Add abit of coconut to your panko crumbs mate especially with the prawns. Makes them taste so good.

The vibe is a ecogear I've forgotten the model but it comes rigged with the assist tail. The popper i can't remember what brand but its a small cupped face one fitted with BKK Fangs.

So what you call whitting in Australia appears to be slightly different than what we call witting in the US. Our whitting are related to croakers and are primarily bottom feeders in the surf. While what you were catching has a longer nose, and hit lures. Both are fairly small fish, good eating and can live in shallow water. Now I will have to research this, to find out what the differnces are.

We get a lot of these all across Australia all called whiting, one of the most targeted recreational fish for us over here.

@@DixonsFishing after researching your several forms of whiting, i see that yours are in the smelt family, which makes sense when I look at your types of whiting more carefully. I see that resemblance. I love watching Australian channels becuse I learn so much about the fasinatting fish that live in your great country.
