That rendition was great. The testimony part kind of bothered me, since appellate courts of course don't hear live testimony at all, and Supreme Court oral arguments don't last three hours. But in a way, it's kind of funnier this way, since it makes it seem like, in spite of the normal appellate procedure, he STILL came in to the Supreme Court just so he could ramble for three hours.

Finally! I was born here in Phoenix but my family and I fled the city shortly after our first encounter with Mr. Becker wherein he told us a three hour long story about how the seafood in a restaurant we were at could never compare to some he got down the road at his buddy Bill’s house. I was very young then and came back out here for university since I had forgotten the experience when I ran into Mr. Becker once again. I’ve been running into him regularly at the local supermarket and he keeps telling me lengthy stories about a jackalope he could have sworn he saw in the Superstition Mountains but turned to be a house cat wearing a Christmas hat or how he went to the hospital to have a doctor pop a blister on his foot last week. I am so happy to hear about the court’s decision. Never again will I have to endure the dronings of Mr. Becker!

Everyone says this about every piece of satire, every time, thinking they're smarter than most people. This is literally the whole point of satire, to make you think like this. But to be painfully obvious, no. no one has ever had their right to free speech taken for being annoying, and this genuinely is still a funny concept, because it is (still) slightly absurd. It's not clever to take a 'pretty accurate mockery' of current events and say "wow, haha, this isn't even a pretty accurate mockery, this is REAL LIFE!!" and especially not when there's a dozen or so people saying the same thing on every video
