The Annual Meeting of Yalta European Strategy (YES) - “The Future Is Being Decided in Ukraine” - was held on September 8-9, 2023 in Kyiv.

Lesson number one….Without the banker dishing out the printed money, the game of monopoly cannot continue and everybody loses except for the winner(s). Larry Fink also told anyone who would listen that inflation was temporary and caused by people working from home during the pandemic lockdowns. To say that he doesn’t have economic credibility for this, and other similarly catastrophically inaccurate forecasts, is to put it mildly. He is a CEO/politicial animal, he is not a reliable forecaster or analyst. Listen to his navel gazing at your own peril…
