I just appreciate how everyone got up for her, to applaud her, to make it feel like and be known that Christina's career was important, even if she has to stop now. The way she went from being so moved and crying to "get your a** up here" in excitement for Ayo, is exactly why this woman is priceless. Her charisma and character are just it, and its ALWAYS been that way.

As someone living with Multiple Sclerosis, it make me smile so much seeing Christina Applegate on the stage.

She's iconic at this point. Having been diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, I can totally relate with the feeling of losing your youth and everything and feeling less than what you used to be. It must be tougher for an actress like her who was once considered one of the sexiest actresses on TV. She is so brave to step out there and not retreat out of the world out of fear of people's judgments.

I had never identified with a character as much as I did with Sydney, Ayo's character in The Bear, and when I found out that she had been nominated for the role, I was really rooting for her to win the award, and behold, she deservedly did. , and I'm very happy about it. Touching moment when they gave Christina Applegate a standing ovation! I grew up watching her from Married with Children. And loved her in the 1991 movie Don't Tell Mom the Babysitters Dead lol. She is a fighter and deserves all the love and more! 👏🏾

I’m crying, I love all the love Christina received and she is so modest and funny even through her struggle, and she was so happy for Ayo who deserves all the awards for The Bear! What a great show!

She was brilliant! I was worried that she would get overlooked because people mostly talk about how good Jeremy's performance was to the point that they overlooked her. But instead, she took home the award aswell as Jeremy himself I'm so happy for The Bear cast 🙌
