In this podcast, we have Srija with us, who started her journey from a Tier 3 college in West Bengal through WBJEE. Despite having no coding culture in college, she managed to outshine and was among the initial students who got placed in her batch.
She cracked multiple offers after college and decided to join Microsoft in Support Role. She later made an internal switch to Service Engineer Role and then to an SDE role within a span of 3 years.

I was 1 year Junior to sreeja in college. We did internship and was part of the same technical club. She was very humble and dedicated toward her career, not only with herself but she used to help anyone in need with her capacity. Her story is really inspiring in college, glad that it is out in the public as well. 😊

Techno India Salt Lake is one of the best private college in Kolkata. Very good Product companies visit every year. It is by far not a tier 3 college. Mentality wise every college in Kolkata is tier 10. On-campus opportunities and interviews are very easy compared to everything. Thanks Sreeja for the experience.

faraz bhaii i think you should create a video in which you will tell us all things or theoritical subjects,or somme idea for projects and like all things we need to learn other than DSA because nowdays most of the people know aabout that DSA is imp. But other than DSA what we should learn for interviews by your point of view please tell us all about this.... and thanks for create such a motivating podcast for all of us..

Don't worry bro take your time and prepare. Since you already have a job even if you mess up in interview it's not going to impact your life. You can work on your interview skills and you can clearly crack it good luck👍

Don't worry, take ur time. Dsa requires time like 4-6 months.. keep studying and be consistent.

Well she was at least an engineer who made it as SDE. You gotta interview people like Paras Thakur who is a BCom grad and still made to Google with a 3 months Linux certification.

I have a doubt Full stack --->web developer DSA ----> SOFTWARE DEVELOPER (Sde) Is the above assumption correct....? I am persuing full stack development and i am curious to learn DSA. Is it worthful(at jobs) to learn DSA being a student under full stack develpment(Full stack+DSA). Along with fraz bhai if anyone have idea keep your suggestion.I am always getting demotivated from learning dsa because of my confusion mentioned above.

There are no distinctions in india. A software developer himself might do web development, android development or even data engineering for data driven applications. A software developer is a superset who must be flexible enough to adopt to different kind of developments

• Low confidence while solving questions & upgrading ranking is normal. *But don't leave it* • Internships is important just because of it's give exposure of real life working projects. • Hackathon is important w.r.t learning aspects & PPO. • Core subjects will be also asked so don't ignore it totally. • Filters the Questions while solving. • Resume ddcv format Note for my future self 🎉

Every thing is good in this podcast, but one thing is not described properly and this problem I found in lots of podcasts is that everybody have a turning point in there life, like in this podcast didi went to a hackathon and won that, I think Fraz bhaiya should ask her about that more descriptive because that hackathon change her life and after that she goes away and away, I am saying this because we should know how they think that idea as a college student, how they develop it, because this is the worst and frustrating phase for every student.
